Finance Committee
Mission
Organise and monitor the legal and financial framework of the ERA Europe Strategy implementation and action plans, as a European legal entity and ERA US affiliate. Assist ERA EUROPE Executive Director in the monitoring of resources generation and use (income and expenditures).
Ensure timely and complete legal and financial information of the ERA EUROPE Board, of the ERA Treasurer and US financial Committee, and of members at large, based on reports produced by ERA and ERA EUROPE Staff.
