Taking action with a complaint
In the event of a dispute you should always contact the merchant directly and present your problem. With the facts presented clearly often the dispute can be resolved quickly and amicably. However, when disputes aren’t easily resolved by a simple letter, email or phone call, there is more you can do.
If merchants are not responsive to your calls and letters for a product or service problem, you can contact ERA EUROPE at info@eraeurope.org
We also suggest you contact your national Advertising Self Regulation Organization or Consumer Associations, while informing ERA EUROPE. Data about these organizations can be found on the site of the EASA: European Advertising Standards Alliance.
