ERA EUROPE Self Regulation documents
The program is an integral part of the membership by-laws of ERA EUROPE.
Its objective is to help member companies assess the organization and resources in place to conduct business and relations with consumers in a responsible way, from the commercial communication stage to the back-end phase of the transactions (please refer to the Programme Executive Summary)
The ERA EUROPE Marketing Guidelines are a minimum set of standards that the association expects its members to implement, in accordance with their profile of activities. These standards do not supercede or replace national regulations that are applicable in the markets where members operate.
A precise set of Programme Procedures govern the steps and communication between the member company and the Self Regulation Officer, during the course of the member’s enrolment in the program. After completing the enrolment process ERA EUROPE members will receive the following benefits:
Membership Communication Kit
- ERA Europe Self Regulation – Quality Charter
